Can't Log-in to MQL5 Community Through MT5 Flatform

What is flat form?
Anyway, you must login into your MQL5 account with your belinda.pinheiro username and NOT your email.
I wonder why many members put their email when they are asked for their login, the one they've chosen when they registered with MQL5.com.
