Lost expert activation due to windows update
Hi, i updated my windows and after i tried adding the EA to a chart i got the error 'Cannot load.....', so i deleted the EA and re-installed it but i lost another activation....
Is there a way to get that activation back? Will i have to use an activation with every windows update that is performed?
No, this happens after major windows updates and is a windows bug, because after every major windows update your computer is named/coded with a new identity number and the MQL5 purchased EA things that is on a new/different computer.
But Metaquotes usually credits one extra activation when a universal major windows update is due. This happens automatically and for all MQL5 members, not individually.
