Buy, sell signal arrow

Hello guys.

I am practice make ea.

I wonder order sell and buy ea code, when up, down arrow or dot appear on indicator.

And also Take profit 2 pip, Stoploss 2 pip.

And when arrow blink same candles, how to order buy or sell only 1.

(ex. When canlde up and down, arrow blink 3 times on same candle. Ea order buy or sell code is appear arrow.

So it will be order 3 times. I wanna experiment buy and sell order 3times or only 1 times)

When blink arrow on candle, all count order or only 1 order. Can choice all count order or only 1 order

Can you let me know these codes?
