Change activation from old computer to new computer

Can I change a activated  indicator that was installed on the old computer .

Because I want to switch activated  indicator from old computer to a new computer.

Activation is per hardware + software (activationb is per computer).
It means thew following: if you want to use purchased indicator on the other computer so you will need the othger activation (the other activation will be lost).

if you change your computer so you will need in install your purchase once again on new computer, and one activation will be lost (because the activation is per computer).
