Therefore, it can be concluded that if I create different accounts of different brokers on that software that has not yet been upgraded, the update procedure is likely to take place sooner or later.
If so, metaTrader5 supporters have considered an interesting way to manage traffic.

I solved the problem myself without the help of the broker.
Without uninstalling the previous version of Metatrader5, I reinstalled it through the original site
Metatrader5 was updated and all my settings and accounts remained unchanged.
Then one by one I executed the other custom instances and requested an update. (for MofidTrader5 and FBS MT5)
Both were updated quickly.
As I explained earlier, this disorder existed for more than 3 days and instances of MetaTrader5 were upgraded from version 2650 to 2690 on three computers with similar conditions, but instances were not updated only on one computer.
With this trick, the problem was solved.
