MQL5 User Profile Rating lost. Im afraid to see what is happening with mql5.

Today I am afraid to see my profile rating reduced to hundreds from the thousands I had.
I check few others profile too and see all of them have are also reduced to hundreds.
Anyone here experience this? Do you know what is happening?
I have already reported this to MQL5.com technicians.
I used to have 27000.
