MT4 Upgrade stopped indicators working and stopped updating

MT4 upgrade has stopped some indicators working and and application was not updating. Had to rename operating profile and restart to get to going again. Indicators <Deleted> and <Deleted> not working even thought they are paid up. Market says i have to buy or new even though they are paid up. Every time there is an upgrade with MT4 there is an issue.
