Do I need to pay twice for EA to install on 2nd computer using the same account?
It depends on which EA you are talking about.
- if EA was downloaded from CodeBase so you can install (to use) EA on as many computers as you want (for free);
- if EA is from the Market with activations so it depends on the avtivations (one activation per hardwere + software), means - one activation per computer (there are some particularities but it is in general).
