but mql5  tells my phone already has, choose another one, how many phones can I have.

There must be some problem with that phone/device, follow the advice they gave you, we can't help you here.

Two years ago , I had rehistered as a seller , but I deleted that mt4 account , So what should I do ??

What MT4 account?

If you mean your MQL5 account, contact the Service Desk in case they can reactivate your old account, even though I doubt it.
