Today I received a message saying:
It is not allowed to add limitations to your EA – <advisor-name-redacted>. Please remove the limitation from the product and publish an update. Your account will be limited until you fix it. Thank you.
I have already fixed the issue and published the update, but my account is still limited. I also haven’t received any reply from the support agent who sent me this message.
How should I proceed in this case?

Seeing as the Support Team has already reached out, she/he is likely manually reviewing your submission. The Support Team typically quotes 2 days for a response.
Of course, this assumes that you had only one limitation that the validator and you both identified, and then you fixed it.
