How to get back the username and password on comunity mql5 on mt4?

I just bought an indicator on mql5 but I forgot the password to log in to the mql5 community on mt4 software, can you help me? Thank you guys
 

It is your forum password

Your forum password is ... (you know your forum password because you are posting here).

So, you should fill Community tab with your forum login/password.

If you as keltonyoung purchased indicator from the Market so your username is keltonyoung because of the following:
