Open multiple trades at once in MT4

I want to open 2 trades to take partial profits. Is there an easy way to do this quickly, as the price could run away while I'm making the 2nd trade.

 

Except during news, prices do not move that quickly.

Click one button open twice, write a script, create an EA.

Or open one and use partial close.
