MIgration fail

don't know why this is happening, and how can i get my money back for the virtual server that i prob can't even use?
Right click on your EA in the Experts folder of the Navigator window >> Modify and then on the Metaeditor click the Compile option.
Then try to synchronize with your MQL5 VPS again, if it doesn't work, contact EA's author/seller for help.
