How to Prevent Signal from Trading certain currency

Assuming that I'm following a signal that trades many pairs, how can I for example prevent executing orders that includes JPY, while I'm enabling "Synchronize positions without confirmation"

Maybe by applying a specific script of EA, is that possible?

I can't say I've ever heard of one and I doubt it would work as intended. More than likely the signal would keep opening the order when synchronizing and your script would keep closing it, resulting in a lot of lost commission or spreads. There is no way I know of that you could intercept the order before it is placed.
