Contact the author - you must write in pure MQL5. Remember - in MQL5, a handle to an indicator is received once in OnInit.

Code you posted is compiled without any extra efforts and or additions,simply you needs "#include <mql4_2_mql5.mqh>" include file within its own folder - but as Vladimir Karputov advised,needs updated mql5 language
