Support for MQL5 - authorisation failure

 

Hi, 

I have downloaded 3 different types of traders for meta4 [all of them]. All of them are saying my MQL5 is not authorised and I am not able to get signals as a result I think.

 I am using them from 2 different macs and on each case its same result.

Either it is my home network issue or may be because I just joined MQL new couple of days.

Anyone experienced same problem?

I couldn't find where to place a support ticket or email in this website. I am starting to believe I am quite dumb as no one seemed to have raised any such issue!  

Would be glad to be enlightened.

NB: account name and pass is correct [also tried with metaquotes, of course that doesn't work!]
