Having trouble when activating purchased Indicators / EA on new computer.

Hi Guys

So recently i bought some indi & EA from the market, and sucessfully run it on my laptop.

Then, I thought it will be better if i have a 24/7 server on cloud, so i don't have to turn on my laptop all the time, and can use it for work.

So, i rented a VPS, installed MT4 from the broker.

i logged it to the Community, and go to the market tab, then go to the purchased tab.

Since it was a fresh install, so i tried to install the indicators i purchased before, and clicked install, but the installation was failed.

I checked the journal tab, then found the Error Code of 500.

I dont know what happened and what's wrong with it. i tried to search if any other users are facing the same issue, and found this https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/328135/page4.

Tried all the steps there, but didn't succeed.

Is it the issue with my MQL5 Account? or is it the issue of my MT4 software? or is it with the MQL5 Market service?

Please advise...
