can't connect MT4 real account to mql5
Have you tried on a different computer.
Make sure that your device time and date are set correctly.
It's working now with a copy/paste, manual entry was not working ... thx for you reply

Maybe the issue is resolved, however i had a similar issue, none of the posts seems to be able to help, however I found that whilst using MT4 to login to the community, you cannot use your email address. So replace your username with your actual user id on MQL5 website. This can be found, by logging into the MQL5 online and then select your username in the top right hand corner, and you should see the following in the browser URL area. https://www.mql5.com/en/users/%Your USER_ID%/news. Using this ID should fi the issue.
I'm sure there has been a change, as I know i was able to login wih my email address previously.

Hi Team
Since Sunday I can't connect my mt4 account to mql5, in the journal I can see the following messages :
2020.06.08 08:53:56.582 MQL5.community: authorization failed
2020.06.08 08:53:55.990 Signal: '5000896': failed get list of signals, connection error
It was working very well till sunday but I don't understand why I can't access to mql5
Anybody has an idea ? how can I can contact directly mql5 support ?
