It may be reported on the threads (announcement) related to the builds.
But please note:

  • if the bug can be reproduced so it is the bug;
  • if the bug can not be reproduced so it is not a bug.

As to the possible bugs ..
The developers and the forum users must know your OS (Windows 10 64 bit), which Metatrader and which build, and more and more.
If no one is replying so it may be the following:

  • it is not a bug, or
  • they could not reproduce it, or
  • not enough details from you to start reproducing the possible bug, or
  • it is very small floating bug which is not affecting on anything.

There are some threads (mainly - the new builds announcements' threads) where the developers may reply.
Besides, there are many very experienced coders here (simple users of this forum) who can help as well.
