Strategy Tester Optimization Results cache?

I think i already knows the answer to this question but i'm asking anyway.
When you do backtesting and optimization and you get the results and want to save them is there a way to save the cache that gets created when you run the test?
I know I can save it as a html or copy all entries to excel but by doing that i still need to manual input all numbers and can't use the "Set input parameters" alternativt.
I'm guessing that that specific file that gets created ain't anywhere we can access it and save it for later?
