Why do I get charged twice when I unsubscribe from a signal provider?

When I subscribe to a signal provider it deducts $30 from my account, and when I unsubscribe due to slippage, I get a message warning "If you unsubscribe $30 will be deducted from your account" !

I checked my bank account and MLQ5 actually charged me $60 !

But I can see extra $30 in my "balance" , I don't know what is this balance and how can I withdraw it, thanks?

When you subscribe your $30 is getting locked in your account and is released to the signal provider only when your subscription period ends (37 days after your initial subscription) or when you unsubscribe.

So, you are not charged $60 but $30.
