Pop up box issues

I purchased an EA that requires an authentication code.  I am not using it anymore   I deleted the EA but the authentication code box still comes up.  How do I get rid of it.  Thanks

The box comes up, you are running it. If you are running it, you didn't delete it.

Do you really expect us to know about some random EA that you have? A) Actually remove it from all charts. B) Ask the seller, not us users.
