My fair request not handled by the service team

 

I was restricted to withdraw over months ago. No one ever told me why and I had to find out myself. After communicating with the service team, I modified my EA description multiple times. But after months' waiting, they never removed my restriction or answered to my latest request. I had to close and open a new request, hopefully this would catch their eyes. It has been almost a week now, and no response was made to me.

How should I deal with this? Where can I lodge a complain against this? I don't think this is the right way you do business here. The 20% commission is already very high, the sale of EA is difficult, and the service team simply ignores the EA authors, from whom you make the commission/money.
