opening a new synthetic account

Hi

i have been trying to open the synthetic account with <Deleted>  for the last about 10 hours, but the screen shows , WAITING FOR UPDATE, and at the status bar at the top right corner it shows 14% and jumped to 15% in the last one hour, what could be the problem
