MetaTrader 5 on MAC testing issue

Hello, I am trying to use MT5 on Mac, and it was built using wine (it was not built by me, it was downloaded from a broker webpage which already did that).

My issue is when i try to run a backtest, and the journal states: "agent process started on 127.0.0.1:3000", "connecting to 127.0.0.1:3000" and then "connection failed". Check attached photo for journal screen print.

What can i do so that the connection is succesful?

It appears that the tester tries to connect to localhost on port 3000.

Maybe its a firewall setting.

You can try to disconnect the computer from the net and then disable the firewall and try again to see if it works.

If it does you will have to add a firewall rule to forward the port so that the tester can connect to your localhost.

 
I'm also having the same problem on Mac, were you able to resolve it? If so how?
 

Same on MT5 on a Mac via Wine. This porting is definitely sub standard. To many settings are not working by default. 

Confirm that the backtest doesn't work at all, agents are impossible to be used or connected properly. Firewall is completely OFF. No additional settings is helping. Any idea?
