Unable to Move Subscription

Hi,

I want to move my MT4 signal subscription from Pepperstone standard account to Alpari Micro Account.

I go to My subscriptions and click on the setting icon. After i click on Move subscription a window shows me my current account details.

After I click on Move nothing happens.

Can someone please guide me how I can move my subscription.

The move option is only available once a week, so if you've already done it once and used some wrong data, you should wait for a week to try again.

Also, when you put your new account's data for the move, you need to restart your MT4 terminal to see the change to your new account.

The change in the subscriptions page, will be updated in a few minutes and after you reload the page.
