If you are talking about that site starting with club... and ends with buy, I´ve got my EA removed from their site by complaining to abuse@novoserve.com  Don´t use the other one they have on record for that site, they won´t reply at all. But abuse@novoserve.com got my EA removed within 5 hours. Still not sure why they did not take down the whole site, as it is only about piracy, but still worth a try to get yours removed too.
