Intentional deduction without my consent

I cant believe what just happened to my profit, as soon as i closed some transactions, on boom 500, it gets an automatic deduction from a transaction i didnt file... Like someone is trying to prevent a large scale of profit on this app.... How can i even complain about it? Im jst a demo tester and im already getting defrauded!!!! How can i get deductions for a bookings i have no record of filing at all?  Im working on boom 500 and baaam!!! I got deducted 3 times from crash 500 till my profit is below $1k. The most annoying part is i went back to the app now and the same transaction has changed from crash 500 index to boom 500 index..... How is that even possible?
