what's wrong with the metatrader5 python package?

these day i have been trying to use the metatrader5 python package, the login and initialize method works, but when i trying to call the symbol_total and symbol_get method, i get an error from the terimnal,which said ‘ -5, 'Terminal: Incompatible versions, please install the latest version of Terminal and Python module'，can someone help me with these error?
BTW, i am using the icmarket broker version of metatrader5, any possibility that the version of metatrader5 is outdated?
