I want to add currency strenght filter to my EA

I made this wonderful EA that makes use of volcano strategy but i want to add some sort of filter to it using the currency strenght meter. I want a situation whereby if the EA sees a trade it checks the strenght of the currecy before taking the trade foe example if the EA sees a buy trade on EURUSD it will check if the strenght of EUR is greater than that of USD if not the EA wont take the buy trade and the strenght of EUR needs to be greater than the strenght of USD by 2 to make it a valid trade. please the currency strenght meter is just for entry not exit it should use default exit or TP for exit. USEFILTER= TRUE OR FALSE. thanks guys
