problem solved. need to delete all in the community file. restart the platform and voila. :)

Hi all,
i have problems regarding my purchased indicator, i tried so many times to download or install via the browser (IE 11, chrome,) and the terminal, but nothing happened.
i clicked download and install, restart the platform and even my pc, still not working.
did anyone faced this kind of problem and what's the solutions?
