Bitcoin pair

I am missing the Bitcoin pair on my Metatrader5 on my laptop and Android phone. Also am missing the MACD at the bottom too. Please help. Thank you.

Not all brokers offer cryptocurrencies, as for the MACD you can find it in standard MT5 indicators at MT5 >> Insert >> Indicators >> Oscillators.
