Can I provide paid signals using a cent account?

Dear all,

If I am using a cent account, can I publish my paid signal in MT4?

From the Signal Rules -

Signals based on cent accounts cannot have paid Subscription. Such Signals are available only in the MetaTrader terminal for free. A cent account is defined automatically.
