Placing an order from the chart

I posted this before but that post seems to have disappeared so i'll try again.There is a button(i don't know what it is called) at the top left of the chart that can be used to place an order. i'm wondering if there is a program that does the same thing  but gives the user the ability to pre-program the stop loss and take profit lvalues and also calculates the lot size based on available funds. it seems to me that it would be a variation of a trading robot except the trade would be placed manually. does anyone know of such a program?
