Error, no money, trying to publish

Hello, i new here. I try tot publisch a expert programma, but  i get always the error, No money. Must i before i can publish, deposite some money to mql5?

The error message of no money has to do with the testing of your EA through the validation procedure and not your money into your MQL5.com account.

Fix your code and try again.
