If you subscribed to the signal so check the following:

• you should login to your trading account (the account you subscribed to the signal with);
• check Community folder in Metatrader (it should be filled with your forum login/pass.
• make sure that you sinchronize your subscription with VPS.

Try to restart your computer and MT4/5 terminal and try again.
