MT5 Not opening anymore

Suddenly one day after I started my computer, my MT5 wouldn't open anymore. Nothing new/changed, it just won't open anymore. (It was updated to the latest version) My OS is Windows 10.

I have already tried restarting my computer and opening it in Administrator mode. 


My biggest concern are my custom symbols I have created over the year. Is there any way to move the custom symbols to another MT5 program? I have already tried moving the "Customs" folder content to the new program but it won't recognize any "new" symbol.

Any help is appreciated.

i am also facing same challenge at the moment. i cant log into my mt5. when i put in my details, it says connection to <not mql5.com> failed.
