Terminal wont stay connected

Hello Everyone,

 

I have MT5 terminal connected to IBFX running on Windows 2K3 and all the time it drops connection and cant reconnect unless I manually re-login or restart the terminal.

Here is the journal entries (build 392)

2011.02.26 07:39:07 Network '1706': scanning network for access points

2011.02.26 07:39:11 Network '1706': scanning network finished

2011.02.26 07:39:11 Network '1706': auto connecting to a better access point with 0 % quality (previous: 0 %)

2011.02.26 07:39:11 Network '1706': connection to IBFX-Demo lost

 Now on the same computer I have 2 MT4 terminals that have no problems staying connected and I have another MT5 Terminal connected to InstaForex (build 404) that has no problems staying connected

Is my problem due to Build 392?

Or something else?

Did you install MT5 Terminal on this PC or terminal has been copied from one PC to another?

The Client Terminal can operate under Microsoft Windows XP/2003/Vista/2008. A processor with SSE2 support (Pentium 4/Athlon 64 or higher) is required for operating as well. Other hardware requirements are limited with software ones.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my query.

 

I installed it.

But I am not too concerned at this point it is just a demo and IBFX is still on an older build of MT5

Please read the logs (Journal) about the connection and your system and post it here..
