multiple accounts with EA

I would like to know if there is a way to handle multiple accounts with EA with 1 mt4.  Now I am doing it by running difernt MT4 with other names.

My understanding is that while one instance of MT4 can operate on and hold the login credentials for more than one account it can only operate on one account at any one time (refer the File | Login menu option to change between defined accounts).  So using multiple instances of MT4 as you are doing would seem to be the way to go.  An interesting feature of MT4 that you may not have expected is that two instances of MT4 can operate on the same account at the same time, should you ever have a need for that!
