How can you save the realtime quotes from MT4 best and fastest in a database?

I would like to save the realtime quotes of all currency pairs of my broker in a database. Which solution is best for this? I would like to use these realtime data for the evaluation of a trading strategy. So far, I have found a solution that shows me the quotes in Excel. If the values change there (blinking), Excel saves this data in an Access database. This happens once a second. In hectic markettimes, where all values even change several times per second, this solution reaches its limits. Excel reacts very slowly. Is there a quick fix for my problem? Or a program?

I'm grateful for any idea, script or program. I will pay also a license fee if the solution is worth.
