Service Desk Response Time - Serious Product Issues

 

I purchased a product a while ago and ran out of activations. I then rented the product, but can't activate it at all - not even once out of my 5 - , as it still reminds me that I have run out of activations on the original full purchase.

I contacted service desk 10 days ago, no reaction. I keep the request live every two days or so, no response.

What are the average response times from Service Desk? Will they add the 10days to my rental period?

 

The service desk is mainly dealing with the financial issues.
And the forum users may help you with the information only (in case you provide all necessary technical data/etc for assistance).

Sure, but where does one inquire about mql5.com fixing technical issues on their system? It is a definate confirmed techncical "glitch" on their part.

If service desk only deals with financial and forum only general info.. where do I go from here?

It is on the forum.
Because if it is real technical "glitch" so it is the "glitch" for everybody, and the technical people on the service desk can reproduce it.
If not so - not sorry ...

It depends on what you mean by "their system"

If you are referring to problems with the platforms you will see a topic regarding the last build of MT5 at the top of the General page. It is likely that Admin will read this.

For MT4 it is top of the MQL4 and Metatrader 4 page.
