Change Chart Time axis settings

How do I change the chart time axis display settings? For example on my lower timeframe charts such as 5 min or 15 min I would like there to be no date and only time values corresponding to the timeframe. If its an 8 hour chart then dates are fine.

is there anyway to overlay by something else that's  coded ( as a custom timeline)?
