Setting Signal Diviation/Slippage

Hi

Tools > Options > Signals > Diviation/Slippage, is this in pips, or pipettes i.e. 1/10 of a pip?

The reason for this is during copying of a signal, the provider shows a deal sold the GBPUSD at 1.21410, which was copied to my account as 2 deals (2 sizes), one for 1.21410 and another for 1.21392, a difference of 1.8 pips. But the value of the Diviation/Slippage was set to 0.5. That is 0.5 of a pip, am I right?

So how can I set the MT4 on the VPS to reject any slippage that is >= 0.5 pip?

Yes 0.5 pips / 5 points.

So how can I set it to 1/2 a point. i.e. 0.05 did not set, but reset to 0.1 which is one point. Thanks

You can't, the lower setting is 0.5 pips.
