No SMS received after Register as Seller, can anyone help me? thank you

Apparently i had a sms issues last two to three weeks.

Some times it does not send sms.

Some times, it send sms message but it does not recognize the code.

Some times, it works.

I think many people are experiening the same issues like you and I here.
