WebTerminal on MQL5 cannot open

Hello Service desk team,

Please solve my concern.

Current I cannot open my account in MQL5 webterminal but I can open in MetaEditor4.

The service desk is npot on the forum.
We all are the users of the forum (we are not the service desk).

Webterminal is on this link https://www.mql5.com/en/trading
Go to the link - File - and select Metatrader 4 or Metatrader 5
After that - open an account or connect to already existing account.

Please note - not all the brokers are insluded in webterminal.
