How to close an order with money back?

Hi all, I placed a job but I decided to close it as he has no response +no delivery for long time. I applied for arbitration +close job already but the money did not return. Do I need to wait for developer's agreement? What if he would not agree +no job deliver, will my money get frozen forever?

Sorry I need to ask you all as I did not receive reply from website yet.

Have you read the rule §5 verse 3?

The term of accepting the arbitration application is 10 working days. The term of making a decision of the arbitration is not regulated and depends on the actual circumstances of the situation in question.

Now take into the account that it's holiday time and Metaquote is working hard on an other product.

Just be patient!
