Subscribed successfully to a signal but, can't see the positions in my mql5 account

I have subscribed successfully to  one  signal but, I couldn't see the opened positions of the signal in my MQL5 signal page.  in one hand, at the left, I see you are subscribed and in aother hand, where positions are shown, it shows, "information available only for subscribers"

If you are loged into the same MQL5 account that you used to subscribe to the signal, you should be able to see the current open trades.

If not, refresh the page, re-open it, use another browser or restart your PC.
