product price change confusion

Hi,

If a product is free now, If product price get changed to rent, then what will happen to the those user who downloaded it for free? will they now need to pay to use it again?

Secondly, if a product was purchased in past & now product price get changed to rent, then will the old user who have purchased before have to pay the new renting price?

Well, 1st answer is very disappointing. If a free product get changed to paid, (as free is provided just to test it). Then once it get back to it original price, free downloaded users to should pay. As the trial is over.

If I remove the free downloaded indicator from the market & re upload it again for the paid version, will it be against the terms of service?

For the existing free downloaded version with an update, if I put just a notice that free version has expired, will it be okay?

Wrote a ticket to the support explaining the situation. But no reply yet.
