I just bought me an indicator,how can i see when its ready to use??only see my payment is done and see it in my purchases what i bought but when can i install to my mt4?

Login into your MQL5 community account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab.

Then go to the Market tab, below in the Terminal window, click the Purchased option on the top left and then the Install button on the far right, of the product you want to install.
