CAN NOT subscribe to a signal

Hi I use Metatrader 4 at PrioFX, wanted to subscribe to a signal, when i clicked "subscribe", nothing happened. Any idea, what could cause it, and how to solve it?

Have you login first into mql5.com with your user id and password at your MT4 client? If still having problem do contact the Support Desk, they are really helpful.
